The room offered an amazing view of the sea and ferry to Cumbrae. Spotlessly clean with tastefully decorated interiors, the space felt inviting. Exceptionally comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. There was a lack of on-site dining options. The location, while scenic, could be challenging for those without a vehicle. A bit more attention to toiletries would enhance the experience.

Great location, just a short walk to the town center and close to the sea. The room wassuper clean and cozy with a good shower. The breakfast was cooked to order and had nice options, especially for gluten free. Our host, julie, was so friendly and cute. We felt at home and would love to come back!

Large double room with well-furnished comfort and a fine sea view. The Victorian architecture has a charming historical vibe that adds character to the experience.
Had to deal with a communal bathroom situation, less than ideal for privacy, especially when guests were moving in and out. The hot water was unreliable at best, requiring a boost button that didn't rectify the problem. The small size of the room felt cramped, with a wobbly stool at the dressing table and just a rail for hanging clothes-not really up to par for what you'd expect in a hotel. There was a peculiar request to remove shoes at the door, which seemed unnecessary for regular footwear and added some awkwardness to arriving guests.

Fab stay with comfy vibes!
Just spent 2 nights here, and it was dope! The owner, Ashleigh, was super friendly and helped us with our bags. The room was spacious and had a really chill vibe. Loved the breakfast too-especially the unsweetened soy milk! Only thing was the stairs were a bit steep, but that didn't ruin our time!

We explored the nearby waterfront and grabbed ice cream from a local shop. The warm welcome and comfy beds. Breakfast was tasty-definitely fills you up for the day!
The road leading to this place was rough due to potholes, a bit of a pain, but the stay made up for it.
